CANDY-PALOZZA
Sunday October 26th
Make plans now to attend Amherstburg's 7th Annual Candy-Palooza hosted by Encounter Church. Sunday October 26th from 5-7pm, come enjoy a safe, warm, dry and fully accessible indoor time of trick or treating with your kids. Come in costume and join in on the fun, it's all free and everyone is welcome!

LUNCHTIME PRAYER
Begins Wednesdays Oct.15 at 12 Noon
At Encounter Church we believe in the power of prayer. Beginning Wednesday October 15th Lunchtime Prayer begins again. We invite you to join us for a ½ hour of prayer each Wednesday at 12 noon here at the church.
GOD & MONEY - Finding Financial Freedom

Feeling stressed about your finances? You're not alone. Join us on Saturday October 18th at 10am for God & Money: Finding Financial Freedom. This is a powerful, practical session on managing money God's way. Discover biblical principles for budgeting, getting out of debt, and building a legacy of generosity.

Our Next Steps course will begin on Sunday November 2nd at 10:30am. Next Steps is our 4-week class where we introduce you to our church and leadership, its goal is to give you a better understanding of who we are, what we do, and how we do it. If you’re interested in becoming a church member, joining a life group, or serving in one of our many ministries this is where you begin! If you’re interested, sign up on our website.
VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION
Sunday November 2nd - 1pm
On Sunday Nov.2 Following our 11:30am service we will be hosting our annual volunteer appreciation lunch for all of our ministry volunteers at Encounter Church. It’s a time for us to say thanks for all you do for the ministry of the church and enjoy a meal and fellowship with your friends while the staff serves you. MOMENTUM JR. HIGH CONFERENCE
November 7-9
Momentum is our Jr. High conference with a focus on leading students into a deeper relationship with Christ. Momentum takes place Nov.7-9 in Mississauga, and the weekend is full of worship, teaching, team games and fun activities for them to participate in! This event is for students in grades 5 -7, cost is $130 per student and that includes lunches and our trip to the Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park. There are only a few spots left so sign up asap.
WATER BAPTISM
Sunday November 16th
On Sunday November 16th we are holding our next water baptism here at Encounter church! If you are interested, our baptismal class will take place on Sunday November 9th at 10:30am. Sign up on our website and Linktree today if you are interested in getting water baptized.
